APRIL 5, 2011 MINUTES
Present: Edmond Laliberte, Priscilla Lancaster, Marie Fredrickson, Debra Gaudette, Chairperson, Mary Ann Lee
Senior Services Representative - Lillian Miceli
Absent: Fran Rago, C. Edwin Carlson
Call to Order: Meeting began at 2:02pm.
Approval of Minutes: As there was no formal meeting in February and March , a motion was made by Mary Ann Lee to accept the minutes for the January meeting and seconded by Ed Laliberte.
Old Business:
- Mayor's breakfast will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 and will begin at 9:30a.m. Lillian will be mailing out the invitations. There will be a short meeting at 9:00am for the Commissioners.
- Debbie will contact Park & Rec. Director Roger Moss regarding the purchasing and delivery of 25 chairs for the southend. The expenditure for these chairs was voted and approved back in
November of 2010.
- Looking ahead, it was noted that our senior picnic on Tuesday, September 13th which is also the town primary election day. Our picnic will be held at the Pratt & Whitney Retiree Club on Clemons
Street.
- Debbie will also contact dale - “in the grove” regarding his participation once again.
New Business: There was no new business discussed at this time.
Adjournment: A motion was made to adjourn the meeting by Mary Ann and seconded by Ed Laliberte. Meeting adjourned at 2:38pm.
